Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Fantasy Almanac. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

Subscription

Fantasy Almanac is a subscription service billed at $39.99 per year. Your subscription auto-renews annually on the anniversary of your sign-up date until you cancel. All prices are in U.S. dollars.

One league per subscription

Each subscription includes access to one connected fantasy league. If you want to track an additional league, you'll need a separate subscription. Connecting a new league replaces the currently connected league and its synced history.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing support@almanacfantasy.com. When you cancel, your access continues through the end of your current billing period; you won't be charged again. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support and we'll work with you in good faith.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including reverse-engineering it, scraping it, attempting to access other users' data, or using it to violate the terms of any connected fantasy platform. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service.

No platform affiliation

Fantasy Almanac is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ESPN, Sleeper, Yahoo, or NFL.com. League data is fetched through publicly available APIs and authorized OAuth integrations. All trademarks and league data belong to their respective owners.

Service availability

We aim to keep the service available and accurate, but it's provided “as is” without warranties. League data depends on third-party platforms; if a platform changes its API or restricts access, certain features may be temporarily unavailable.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Fantasy Almanac is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers by email and reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
